Lecturer 

Dr. Oriana Aboud Armali has been teaching for 6 years at the college, her PhD is from Bar Ilan University,  at the program for conflict resolution, management and negotiation. Her doctoral research dealt with the subject: Coping of young Arabs in Israel, graduates of alternative education, with the conflict between their individual identity and their social identity. Her research has won the President’s Scholarship for Outstanding Research for 2017 on the subject of majority, sovereignty and peace.

Dr Oriana is a lecturer at the following departments:

Identity conflict, relationships between identity groups, intra-social conflict,  identity groups encounters, multiculturalism in organizations, cross-cultural mediation, diversity management, qualitative research, action research.
