About

Senior lecturer

As a lawyer and social psychologist, I have devoted my academic work towards combining these two domains – law and psychology. At the beginning of my career as a researcher, most of my research work and publications focused on studying the effectiveness of persuasion tactics and interpersonal communication.

My research agenda is based on several studies that combine psychological traits and measures and new media; these included studies on new media and the 2015 elections, closed woman groups on social networks, the use of a second screen and its psychological impact on the experience of watching television, etc.

In addition, I am conducting two main research projects with Dr. Peleg-Koriat, the Israel Prison Service and the Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority on the innovative concept of restorative justice procedure among inmates and ex-inmates. In the same vein, I am conducting a research project on emotions regulation in the legal process
