Employed at Emek Yezreel since 1999, while specializing in defining professional nurses' needs as caregivers, and effective ways of coping within the workplace in the nursing field. The process began through a course I developed, held in a workshop setting, within the Department of Health Management: "Emotional Aspects of the Patient - Professional Caregiver Relationship". The program for this course was tailored to the needs of long- standing experienced nurses, in the process of academization, that were studying towards a B.A. The accumulated knowledge, gleaned from the many case studies, aided me in building a unique program, in the Department of Nursing, for developing inter and intrapersonal communication skills
