Lecturer Entrepreneurship Management Finance 

Lecturer in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Finance at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and the Yezreel Valley Academic College.
Engaged in research toward a doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Management, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, examining the relationship between the digital divide and social mobility, with particular emphasis on access to digital technologies and financial tools and their impact on the economic and social advancement of disadvantaged populations.

U.S.-certified CPA, alumnus of a Big Four accounting firm (EY), and holder of an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Academic and research interests integrate financial analysis, regulation, and public policy, with an applied perspective on financing mechanisms, entrepreneurship, and the measurement of social impact.

Member of the founding team of the BWB Investment Fund, focused on supporting Israeli technology companies in entering and scaling in the U.S. market.
Former entrepreneur and executive in U.S.-based technology companies, with experience leading growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions.
Former Founder and Chair of MicroFinance Israel, a social organization promoting entrepreneurship and financial inclusion among disadvantaged communities.
