Dr. Gal Zohar is an international expert and lecturer in the fields of welfare economics, sociology, economics, international relations, and public policy. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Research and Policy Unit at the Israeli Employment Service, where he leads research and policy development in the areas of labor markets and welfare in Israel. With over twenty years of experience in economic and social consulting for a wide range of organizations, Dr. Zohar combines theoretical depth with practical application of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

 

Dr. Zohar specializes in developing, studying, and implementing workforce models, with an emphasis on understanding the structural, demographic, and institutional impacts on labor markets and social policy. In his lectures and research, he focuses on reducing economic and social inequalities by using historical and global analysis to generate insights for the future. His work incorporates advanced technologies, providing an in-depth perspective on the impact of technological innovations on labor dynamics, public policy, and welfare economics.

 

Additionally, Dr. Zohar analyzes international relations, globalization processes, and their impacts on labor markets and society, with a focus on innovation processes and the global diffusion of innovation. His work aims to understand how globalization and innovation influence public policy, economic and social development, and international economic systems.
