My ongoing research focuses on investigating the specific contributions of hypnosis in promoting therapeutic processes during psychotherapy. Additionally, my research interests include psychosomatic symptoms and their development through body-mind interactions. I am promoting several projects in these research areas.
My future plans include further exploration of the effectiveness of various hypnotic techniques in different therapeutic contexts. In particular, I plan to investigate the use of hypnosis in treating specific mental
and health conditions and to examine the effects of hypnosis on behavior change and mind-body interactions.
Furthermore, in the area of psychosomatics I plan to research the interplay between psychological factors and physical health. This will involve studying the psychological mechanisms underlying psychosomatic conditions and developing interventions to improve
the well-being of patients with such conditions.
