About

Professionally, I am an attorney, a legal advisor to non-profit organizations and third sector organizations. I am involved in promoting social initiatives and social businesses and accompany organizations throughout their life cycle. Academically, I research non-profit organizations and civil society, advise and accompany policy-making and policy development processes, and promote knowledge and knowledge enrichment for managers of civil organizations.

 

Areas of interest

A legal scholar with a PhD from the University of Haifa, focusing on non-profit organizations and civil society. Research interests include: the legal framework of the third sector, corporate governance, public sector taxation, and the financing of social enterprises. With a particular interest in the convergence of corporate law.
