Senior Organizational Psychologist (PhD) with over 30 years of experience in consulting, guidance, and facilitation of individual, group, and organizational processes in complex systems, including public and security organizations, large-scale organizations, and educational and academic frameworks.
Lecturer and facilitator in Masters degree programs in Organizational Consulting and Development, integrating up-to-date theoretical knowledge, extensive field experience, and practical tools in organizational consulting. Emphasis is placed on training consultants to work effectively within changing organizational realities characterized by high workload and ongoing challenges.
Engaged both in organizational settings and in my private practice in short-term, focused professional guidance for high-func tioning individuals coping with workload pressure, career dilemmas, burnout, and transitional periods.
