My name is Anat Sharaf, I specialize in characterizing, changing and streamlining work processes in an ERP system environment. In the past 25 years, I have served in a number of cross-func tional management positions, including: Assistant to the CEO of the Rambam Health Corporation, Operations Manager, Integrator of a large ERP project, and more. Currently, I am a lecturer in the Department of Economics, Information Systems, Human Services, Public Administration and Policy, a lecturer in NLP skills training courses, and a public sector finance manager at Rambam College of Knowledge.
