Background
Mira finished her doctoral degree in the faculty of social welfare and health sciences, in the department of community mental health at the University of Haifa, Israel. Mira obtained her master’s degree (with great honors) in community counseling and education from the Counseling and School Psychology Department at the University of Nebraska, Kearney, USA. She holds a second master’s degree in school counseling from Oranim Academic College, Israel (with honor). Mira earned her Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature and education from the University of Haifa, Israel. She also has a teaching certificate as well as a rich field and academic experience. She has rich experience in school and community counseling in different therapeutic and psycho-educational settings, such as psycho-educational groups for addicts and inmates in a jail setting
