Meytal Masuri is a PhD candidate at the University of Haifa, specializing in sustainable employability in the public sector. Her research focuses on innovation, diversity, and workforce resilience, using mixedmethods approaches to examine longterm employee adaptability in public organizations.
Since 2017, she has been teaching at the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College across several departments, including Behavioral Sciences, Sociology & Anthropology, Social Work, Political Science, and Organizational Development and Consulting. Her teaching spans qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, policy and administration, and academic writing.
She is a PATNet Fellow (2026), a Board Member and Secretary of ASPAs SNAPS Section, and served as CoChair of the SNAPS Annual Awards Committee in 2025.
