About

Lecturer

I am a lecturer in the Social Sciences, teaching Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Social Psychology, and applied courses integrating Artificial Intelligence in higher education. My teaching emphasizes the connection between theory and practice, with a focus on applied learning, case analysis, and the use of digital and AI based tools.

Areas of interest

My research interests lie in organizational psychology and the study of everyday work experiences, with a particular focus on dynamic processes that unfold in real time. I am especially interested in how employees experience moments of underperformance at work and how such experiences func tion as job related stressors, drawing on the challengehindrance framework.

Within this line of research, I examine cognitive and affective processes at work and the ways in which subjective performance appraisals shape employees psychological and physical well being, work engagement, and day to day func tioning. A central focus of my work is the distinction between within person processes and between person differences, using intensive longitudinal designs such as daily diary studies and multilevel analytical approaches.

In addition, my research interests include individual and organizational resources, such as stress mindset and psychological resources, and their role in fostering adaptive or maladaptive responses to work related challenges. I am also interested in the implications of technological innovation and artificial intelligence for work experiences, learning processes, and professional development, particularly at the intersection of empirical research and applied organizational and educational practice.
