Over 20 years of experience in research, operations, teaching, and management, with unique expertise in wildfires and preparedness for emergencies and climate crisis. Leads policy, research, and training on these issues at the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority. Holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources and Environmental Management. Researcher, lecturer, and consultant driving systemic change in government bodies, academia, and international organizations. Author of the book Wildfires in Israel (2020).
