Teacher
I've been teaching in the Max Stern Yezreel Valley College from 2010. I think, that the course "Medical nursing - Internal diseases" is one of the most important courses in the nursing studies. I hope that this course will be useful for the students during the clinical rotation as well as during their professional career.
I'm interested
in research of active learning methods and decision-making processes among nurses
and nursing
students. Former, I performed or participated in 4 research in
these fields, that were presented in nursing research conferences abroad. I
implement the strategies of active learning both in the Max Stern Yezreel
Valley College
and Carmel Medical Center.

Influence of the simulation-based studies on various aspects of nursing practice.(with collaboration of simulation center staff ).
Strategies of improvement teaching in big classes.
Strategies to improve the critical thinking of the students.
Improvement of pain management.
