About
Senior lecturer
I have been a member of the academic staff at the Yezreel academic college since 2008. I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Communication and the Department of Health Systems Management, as well as a faculty member
in the master's program in the Department of Educational Counseling. I earned my bachelor's degree in a combined program of law and psychology from the University of Haifa and worked as a lawyer for two years. I pursued a direct PhD track in social psychology
at the University of Haifa.
My research and teaching areas integrate the fields of law, communication, and psychology: impression management, communication psychology, persuasion, and attitude change. Additionally, I teach several law-related courses such as Law, Medicine and Law, and
Communication Law.
As a lawyer and social psychologist, I have dedicated my academic work to combining these two domains law and psychology. Early in my research career, most of my work and publications focused on studying the effectiveness of persuasion tactics and interpersonal
communication.
My research agenda is based on several studies that explore psychological influences on communication, particularly in the context of online communication. In recent years, I have also been researching the topic of restorative justice among inmates.
I live in Kfar Tavor, am married to Yoav, and am the mother of Nati, Ido, and Roni.
